2. Services Provided

Review Fox offers local business marketing services, including but not limited to:

Soliciting Google Reviews on behalf of clients
Improving Local SEO
Managing and optimizing Google My Business (GMB) profiles
Making website modifications for SEO and review integration
Implementing AI automation tools for enhanced customer engagement

3. Client Responsibilities

To perform our services, clients are required to:

Provide us with access to their GMB profiles and website platforms
Grant us integration access to their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Ensure all provided information and access credentials are accurate and up-to-date

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from their customers before we contact them for review solicitation or marketing purposes.

4. Use of Third-Party Tools

Review Fox utilizes third-party platforms, including but not limited to Go High Level, to perform certain services. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to use such tools on your behalf, understanding that such tools may have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our lead-alerts sign-up, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Review Fox. The following terms apply to that messaging program:

Message types: You will receive lead-notification alerts when a lead submits a form on your website, along with related customer-care messages about your account and our services. We do not send marketing or promotional content through this messaging program.
Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you sign up again.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email [email protected].
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For details on how we handle the information you provide, including your mobile number, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay a one-time setup fee and an ongoing monthly subscription fee, as outlined in their specific service agreement. All payments are non-refundable.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time without notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due, and services will cease immediately.

8. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Review Fox complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. In most cases:

Review Fox is the Data Processor

We will:

Only process personal data as instructed by the client
Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data
Assist clients in responding to requests concerning personal data (e.g., access, rectification, deletion)
Ensure that any third-party tools used are GDPR-compliant

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have obtained valid consent from data subjects (e.g., their customers) before providing data to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

Review Fox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings or review counts.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andorra. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Andorra La Vella.
